Batu Bara, beritaterbit.com – File preparation for the construction of the industrial area and the port area of Kuala Tanjung in Batu Bara Regency that is eagerly awaited by prospective investors finally (completed).

“Related to the final task of the Land Preparation team development of the industrial area and port of Kuala Tanjung then this day the Regent Batu Bara Zahir submit the file to PT. Pelindo I in Medan”, explained Andri.

Previously, the Batu Bara Regency had signed the Penlok (location designation) in front of the governor of North Sumatera Edy Rahmayadi.
“We government of Batuara district certainly still support the development program of industrial area and port area in this coal district”, said regent at the submission ceremony of land procurement preparation team for the development of international Hub port and supporting facilities of Kuala Tanjung port area.
Mentioned Andri on the occasion the regent said with hard work, to communicate, and good cooperation so that this process can run well. With the completion of land problems, the development in Kuala Tanjung can be realized soon.
The government of Batuara Regency disclosed Zahir has set the value of the selling tax object (NJOP) New, this is done in hopes that can reduce the problems that occur in the field and also to facilitate the process of procurement of land in the future.
The Regent Zahir hopes that the existence of development in Kuala Tanjung can accommodate the workforce, especially the Batu Bara community.
The regional workforce is believed to be able to suppress the unemployment rate and certainly a good impact that can be felt directly by the Batu Bara community.
