At the first stage of establishment, PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan will develop and manage Industrial Area in Kuala Tanjung, where the project has become part of the National Strategic Project based on Presidential Regulation Number 56 Year 2018 about the Second Amendment for Presidential Regulation Number 3 Year 2016 regarding the Acceleration of Implementation National Strategic Project Juncto of Presidential Regulation Number 81 Year 2018 about the Acceleration of the Construction and Operation of Kuala Tanjung Port and Industrial Area in North Sumatra Province.
