Medan, Tuesday, September 24, 2024 – PT Prima Pengembangan Kawasan (PT PPK) as a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik which is part of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) (Pelindo Group) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Cooperation with PT Kawasan Industri Medan (PT KIM) at the Amanah Room of the PT KIM Office, as a strategic step in creating closer business synergy. This agreement aims to collaborate in a joint marketing and industrial area management cooperation plan.
The signing of the MoU was attended by the management of both companies. This activity is part of the company’s efforts to maximize the potential of the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Area managed by PT PPK, through a more integrated joint marketing approach. With this collaboration, PT PPK and PT KIM are committed to strengthening industrial competitiveness and providing the best services and infrastructure for investors interested in investing in the area.
Plt. Director of PT Prima Pembangunan Kawasan, Sutanto, said that this collaboration is expected to present an attractive and competitive Industrial Estate in the global market, especially in the Kuala Tanjung area.” he said.
In line with that, the President Director of PT Kawasan Industri Medan, Daly Mulyana, expressed optimism that this collaboration will create added value for industrial players operating in the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Estate. With this MoU, PT PPK and PT KIM are ready to collaborate in creating a more solid and innovative business environment, in order to support industrial development in Indonesia.
